Minor updates are generally considered any update taking less than 10 minutes. So, while we won’t build new pages or restructure the site, we will take care of your small requests.

If it’s not covered, we can still usually handle the request for a small fee.

In general, you’ll need to provide us with content for your website. Once you sign up for services, we begin setting up your domain and hosting services, so we cannot pause your subscription.

If you have questions, please contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process. 

Yes! After your one-year agreement is complete, you are free to export your website and move anywhere you’d like. Unlike other services that hold your site hostage, you retain 100% ownership of your site once the initial service is completed.

You may cancel at any time after the completion of your one year agreement. You may also cancel early with an early buyout fee equal to 80% of your remaining balance.

We have partnered with Stripe to handle our payment processing. Manage your subscription directly through the Stripe Portal.

You will receive an email notice if your card is declined. We will re-attempt to bill the card on file; however, if the account remains unpaid after 30 days we will disable the site until the account is brought current.

If your account is past due more than 60 days and you are still within your one-year agreement period, we will charge you the early cancellation fee equal to 80% of your remaining agreement balance.
